Art That Communicates
ACO 1.0
Assess the impact the dynamic inter-relationship of media, design and society has on the arts and communication industry.
A lot of art and design is trying to communicate something. It can be the artist expressing themselves, it could be a commercial design for a certain audience, or it could be something that makes us think about the world around us. Whatever it is, it's important to try and understand what is being communicated. Look at each image carefully. With a partner discuss each image and write a short answer to the questions on a piece of paper. Make sure your name/s are on the paper - you will turn this in when you leave or complete it for homework and turn it in next class. This assignment is worth 40 points.
