Electronics Project 0
Step 1 - Complete the Ohm's Law tutorial on Tinkercad. When finished get in your group to get an electronics kit.
This will be your first project with your electronics kits. When your group gets their kit write your names on a piece of blue tape and attach it to the lid.
Step 2 - For your first project you will recreate the RGB light from tutorial #5 - Introducing the Breadboard. Load up the tutorial you completed, and use the virtual circuitry to make the light. However, you will need to problem solve and figure out how to connect the battery to the breadboard with the supplies given!
IMPORTANT!!Â
Make sure you use a 220K resistor so you don't burn out the RGB.
Problem Solving in Real Life
This is a dramatized scene from the Apollo 13 movie. While it did not happen exactly like this they still had to build a quick fix to save their lives. The true story is that they had already thought of something similar in case a screw went into the fan and broke the scrubber. They still had to build a quick prototype, and then tell the astronauts how to do it.
