Is A Cybersecurity Degree Worth It?
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, people with a college degree earn about 67% more than those whose highest qualification is a high school diploma. However, a college degree doesn’t guarantee employment. Considering the investment of time, money and energy required for a college degree, this begs the question: Is a cybersecurity degree worth it? What types of cybersecurity jobs are there?
For this assignment you will create a presentation that answers the question: Is a cybersecurity degree worth it? You will choose a side, either yes or no, and present your case. This is a group project for 1-3 people. Your presentations should meet the following requirements:

How do you get a cybersecurity job? Explain the degree you need and what some of the courses would be.
Show at least one example of a real job listing. Include all the job requirements and responsibilities.
Using examples from the information you found explain why a degree in cybersecurity is worth it.
